Mission Statement
To bridge the digital divide by providing compassionate, personalized in-home and community-based technology support, training, and safety education to seniors — enabling them to stay connected, informed, and confident in the digital world.


Core Service Offerings
 In-Home Support

  • Setup and troubleshooting for phones, tablets, laptops, printers

  • Smart TV & streaming setup

  • Wi-Fi configuration and speed optimization

  • Device clean-up, virus removal
     

 Personal Tech Coaching

  • One-on-one sessions with patient instructors

  • Topics include:

    • Basics: Turning devices on, navigation

    • Email, texting, video calls (Zoom, FaceTime)

    • Photo sharing and storage

    • Avoiding scams & online safety

    • How to use apps (banking, ride-hailing, grocery delivery, etc.)

 Community Tech Workshops

  • Monthly workshops held in senior centers

  • Rotating topics: “Intro to Smartphones,” “Online Safety 101,” “Digital Health Tools”

  • Offered at low/no cost through sponsorship or grants
     

 Virtual Support Line

  • Seniors can call in for basic tech support or troubleshooting

  • Guided help using screen sharing tools

  • Ideal for follow-ups or minor issues

 
Pricing & Packages
Pay-as-you-go:

  • In-home visit: $60/hour

  • Virtual support: $25 per 30 mins

  • Workshops: $15 per session (waived through community sponsorships)

Membership Options:

  • Silver – $90/month: 2 hours of support, workshop access

  • Gold – $160/month: 4 hours of support, priority booking, annual check-up

  • Community Partner Rate: Sliding scale for senior centers
